WELCOME TO OUR WEEKEND CUP 2023!The 8th anniversary of the LRv3 Far Cry multiplayer add-on is around the corner and we have planned something very special for our community. During the weekend of 21st and 22nd of October 2023 we will host an ASSAULT and an FFA Cup. We would like to invite everyone to join us in this gaming event. Play for the victory or just for the fun of it – it is free and everyone is welcome! For both ASSAULT and FFA there will be 3 matches on Saturday and 3 matches on Sunday, so 6 games each for both game modes (might be more depending on amount of teams). How does the Weekend Cup work?The FFA Cup winner will be the player with the highest kill count after all 6 matches have ended. For the ASSAULT Cup we aim for 6 versus 6 matches. We will create as many teams as the player numbers allow and we will try our best to set up fair and balanced teams. The team that has the most points will be the winning team of the ASSAULT Cup. In case 2 or more teams finish level on points, the head-to-head matches (points, flag difference) will be used to decide who is winner. If these stats still don't break the tie, the combined kills of all team members involved in the duel will be used. As a last resort, the overall kills of all team members in the whole tournament combined will decide. If 3 or all 4 teams end up with the same amount of points they will be ranked as equal. All ASSAULT and FFA matches are scheduled alternately in different time slots, giving you the chance to participate in both competitions. The Weekend Cup starts in the afternoon and continues into the early evening hours, with ample breaks in between the matches. Please have a look at the timetable below. During the Weekend Cup 2023 all players are required to join our official TeamSpeak (see TSViewer on the side menu) server 30 minutes before the matches begin. All players also need a fully working and updated Far Cry game and LRv3 Add-on. If you need to reinstall or update Far Cry, but encounter some issues, please contact the LRv3-Team for support ahead of time. We are happy to help you out. Gaming Timetable
All matches will be held in between 15 and 21 o'clock (CET/CEST time zone).
Players that participate in both cups will have a 30 minute break between matches.
If you sign up for the FFA Cup, you will play 3 matches per day.
If you sign up for the ASSAULT Cup, you will play 3 or more matches per day.

Weekend Cup Prizes
This year's Weekend Cup will include some fancy and special prizes for our participants.
There will be certificates in gold, silver and bronze for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in the ASSAULT and FFA Cup.
But that's not all! In cooperation with TrackBase there will also be TrackBase Points (TBP) for each player.
In the ASSAULT Cup the TrackBase Points are redistributed between all team players.
In the FFA Cup the TrackBase Points are given to the players in the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.
And that's still not all!
In addition to the usual prizes for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place there will
be participation certificates for all players in the Weekend Cup 2023.
The LRv3 Team is very proud and happy to be able to organise the 4th Weekend Cup in a row.

This means that color, quality and specifications are ready for printing.
